The most recent qualification I have gained is in facilitating aromaZen Restorative Healing Journeys for women. Again, this has added another soul enriching layer to serving women who are on a path to consciously reconnect to their true essence and nurture their soul.
 

Helping my clients navigate their challenges has bought great joy to my heart and immense satisfaction into my professional life. It makes my heart sing as I witness these amazing souls move into their heart space. As they do this, they are enabled to move forward in their lives in positive and rewarding ways.

Guiding them to reconnect to their heart brings joy back into their lives, strengthens self-esteem, self-worth and self-respect and reconnects them to their innate inner wisdom and intuition. This assists them to become more grounded and present. In fact, they re-discover their true essence and amazingness and as a result can begin to re-imagine what they want for themselves and their families.
 

Intuitively guiding others, especially women, to return into their heart space and live compassionate, joy filled lives with integrity and congruency is the most rewarding work possible and truly makes my heart sing. I believe this work goes a long way towards making this beautiful world a much better place for future generations.
 

So many of my clients are mothers who have multiple roles in their daily life. They find themselves floundering under the pressure of balancing a busy work/family/social life. As we work together, they report that, when they begin to honour and acknowledge their personal needs and trust that they can be self-full®, life begins to flow with ‘ease, grace and joy.’
 

The mother’s role – ‘The Hand That Rocks the Cradle’ - is the absolute most important role in our society. What an honour it is to work with these amazing women who cross my path. My heart is filled with gratitude and passion with the privilege of being of service in this way!
 

I have dedicated my life to healing myself and others, teaching, conducting workshops, along with mentoring & coaching on spiritual, inspirational and self-help topics. I dedicate this work to my beautiful family.

I spent the bulk of my life working in a field that I believed I was good at, but knew I was not passionate about, struggling to stay whole along the way & always feeling there was a void deep inside me. Having said that, no matter what path I’ve followed through the years, it has always been in service of others and, in each role that I filled, there has always an element of coaching and mentoring that naturally flowed.

By divine intervention (through the guidance of a very special human angel), Reiki, Crystal Healing and working with Angels as an Angel Intuitive entered my life followed closely with studying Coaching, NLP and Medical Intuition. In recent times I have been extremely blessed to begin working with dòTERRA Essential Oils.

My journey, both professionally and personally, has blossomed in amazing ways since learning about and intuitively incorporating dòTERRA’s beautiful gifts from the earth in my sessions. I have always loved coaching and working with Reiki & my crystal babies, however, weaving these gorgeous oils into my sessions, has created a whole new level of healing. I am humbled by the outcomes my clients achieve when they are willing to open their heart and find the strength and courage to do the inner work.

As my practice and teaching expands, it has become very apparent that as practitioners, we need many tools to assist our clients and students restore calm and peace into their lives. Therefore, I am committed to continue to upskill myself in my quest to serve my clients and students better.

Over 30 years ago I had been searching for a better way of living for myself and my family. I began investing in myself devouring so many books, listening to thousands of cassette recordings and attending many, many personal development workshops. Let me say, that all this work was predominately focused around taking control of the head space and goal setting. Any mention of working with the spiritual and emotional level was mostly missing in action, so to speak.

Then in 2012, at a major crisis point in my life, I found myself returning to the formal education arena, 40 years on after leaving school, to study counselling. Again, whilst this work included delving into the emotional levels, this was completely devoid of any work on the spiritual level.
